What a receiver!!
I replaced an extremely disappointing and defective Onkyo TX-SR707 receiver with this Pioneer. What a difference! This receiver is easy to set up, has great connectivity and features, and has proven to be extremely robust and reliable. The sound is terrific (I am using a Definitive SSA-50 Soundbar, KEF rear speakers, Polk speakers for high channels and a Martin Logan subwoofer) VSX-32 7.1-Channel 3D Ready Elite A/V Receiver. I simply plugged my Pioneer to my router with an ethernet cable and bam! Internet Radio. This receiver is simply excellent. Everything is well laid out and the menus are easy to follow. I used the Auto MCACC to set up the speakers and it worked like a charm. The picture on my TV is great thanks to the Marvell video scaler. And the THX is worth every penny! I don’t have THX certified speakers but its sound reproduction really stands out. I haven’t plugged my ipod into it yet, but Pioneer made this extremely easy to do as the capability is already built into the receiver. I can highly recommend this product!
